Byron Bay & Hinterlands

We have been creating award winning residential homes in Byron Bay for over 15 years. Our local knowledge and established relationships with council, consultants, and builders ensures a smooth process of approval and construction.

The Zaher team is small but it packs a punch. This gives us the ability to have the principle architect personally involved in all our projects.

We engage with a limited number of clients at a time, ensuring the highest quality of service for our projects.

We are proud to work with some of the finest builders, craftsmen and trades the area has to offer, guaranteeing premium outcomes.

In 2004 Sam and his family relocated to the North Coast of New South Wales and established Zaher Architects in the inspiring hinterland of Byron Bay, giving Sam an opportunity to be of service to the people of the region.

Sam and his clients often pair timeless beautiful bold design with the latest advancements in environmental innovation. The result is a living experience that is luxurious and that won’t cost the earth.
